What certifications does AeroConnections hold?

Our quality management system is certified to ASA-100 in accordance with FAA AC00-56B. The organization is an ISO 9001:2015 company, holds permanent membership of Aviation Supplier Association (ASA) and a membership from National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). We also hold Aircraft Material Distribution Certificate (AMDC) from Civil Aviation Authority of Philippines and Certificate of Supplier Approval from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.

What type of aircraft spare parts do you supply?

We supply both OEM and PMA parts based on customer requirements.

What are the different aircraft part conditions?

Factory New (FN), New (NE), New Surplus (NS), Modified (MD), Overhauled (OH), Serviceable (SV), Repaired (RP), As removed (AR), etc.

Do you provide warranty for parts?

Yes, all parts supplied by AeroConnections comes with an industry standard warranty to ensure reliability and performance.

Are your parts certified and traceable?

Yes, all the parts supplied by us are with full certification, such as FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or OEM C of C (Certificate of Conformance) depending on your regulatory needs. We strictly adhere to international standards.

Can you help to source hard-to-find or obsolete aircraft parts?

Yes, we've an extensive global network to locate and supply hard-to-find, legacy, and out-of-production parts. We formulate a solution based on your requirements.

Are you able to source parts on an urgent basis on an AOG priority?

Yes, we offer 2/7/365 Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support to help minimize your downtime. We prioritize AOG orders with same day shipping, whenever stock is available.

What is repair management?

Repair Management is the systematic end-to-end process of repairing, restoring, or overhauling aircraft components – such as engines, flight control systems, avionics, landing gears, structural – to ensure they meet strict airworthiness standards.

What is the significance of repair management in Aviation Industry?

Repair Management is extremely vital to uphold the airworthiness standards of an aircraft. Regular repair and overhaul are required to identify and address wear and tear and to ensure safety standards for the aircraft.

Who performs repairs and overhaul of aircraft components?

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Organizations, Authorized Repair Stations, etc.

What is exchange program?

Exchange is a program in which the customer gets serviceable aircraft part and return the unserviceable core later.

What are the different types of exchange programs?

The 03 types of exchange programs are as follows:
• Cost plus exchange
• Standard exchange
• Flat rate exchange

What is "Cost Plus Exchange" program?

"Cost Plus Exchange" is an exchange program in which the customer pays the exchange fee at the initial stage and subsequently pays the cost of repair and overhaul of the off unit.

What is standard exchange?

"Standard Exchange" is an exchange program in which the customer will pay an exchange fees that includes a fixed amount for repairs or overhaul and if the repair cost goes beyond this amount, the extra is charged separately as Over and Above (O&A).

What is flat rate exchange?

"Flat exchange" is an exchange program wherein the customer pays a fixed exchange fee all inclusive. Most of the time there will be no additional bill, expect on exceptional cases.
