Day one of the conference focused on professional development and team engagement, with specialized training sessions on business etiquette and workplace ergonomics conducted by industry experts. The sessions aimed to enhance productivity, professionalism and workplace effectiveness across the organization. The day concluded with a cultural networking event titled "Runway to Fun – An evening of Global Colors", where team members showcased diverse talents and regional identities, highlighting company's multicultural teams and collaborative culture.

The strategic core of the conference unfolded on the second day, with Senior Leaders and management teams outlining detailed roadmaps for 2026. Discussions centered on sustainable growth, operational discipline, cross-functional collaboration and stronger integration across business units. Management team also presented new market opportunities and clearly defined execution timelines, aimed at driving accountability and performance across the organization.
