AeroConnections concludes its first Annual Conference.

AeroConections has successfully concluded its first ever Annual Conference on the 27th of January in Kochi, India.

The event was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, that brought together all team members from its head office in the United Arab Emirates, overseas business development squads and the host, Sales Operations Control Centre in India.

The theme of annual conference "Connecting Hearts" went beyond a memorable tagline, highlighting the ethos of family and gratitude, parents of the employees were invited and honored during the event alongside the distribution of annual performance awards by the Founder & CEO, Mr. Manoj John and the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Shalu Thomas, which underscored the company’s commitment to both its workforce and its broader community.

On the occasion, Mr. Manoj John reflected on the collective spirit driving AeroConnection’s success. “This annual conference was primarily about bringing our people together, connecting their hearts, nurturing the idea that the office is not just a workplace, but a second home for its team”, he emphasized.
